The End Is Near: Dealing With The Covid19 Mental Health Aftermath
The end of the covid19 pandemic is near. Finally. Now 99 or maybe even 100% of us have now experienced some form of trauma, some form of loss. Most people are one family member removed from someone with a mental issue of some sorts. It’s no longer us and them but just us.
From the outside, Everybody has some form of pain. You can think you’re the most happiest, successful person – that doesn’t mean your life is sorted. Everybody has a burden they carry. Everybody has a story. We just don’t know what it is. Whatever was an issue for you before COVID-19 became magnified. Especially isolation and loneliness.
