An open letter to Mother Nature
Dear Mother Nature… and a long list of complaints follow. Alleged affairs with Jack Frost in winter, menopausal hot flashes in summer. Especially in Calgary, we’re never happy with what Mother Nature throws at us. Then again we don’t seem to realize that the definition of a Human Being is a creature that cuts trees, makes paper & writes “Save Trees” on the same paper.
Life is much more beautiful to me when looking through the camera lens. Nature never gets boring or goes out of style, especially in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. When you see a beautiful sunrise or a glorious meadow of wild flowers – just quietly enjoy it. Take nothing but pictures and leave nothing but footsteps.
Imagine sitting by a campfire right now, relaxing & listening to nature’s night time songs. Seek peace & silence in Nature’s beauty. You’ll discover happiness surrounding you. Mother Nature, thank you for a beautiful day.
