Writing up a long todo list every day has nothing to do with productivity. Movement towards your goals and dreams does not equal achievement… yet! Focus on outcomes instead of activities. It takes effort to get from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow. Are you ready to get to work?
Setting goals is not always easy. You get stuck sometimes in a career, being more or less comfortable with the status quo. Instead of repeating things you’ve been doing for the last few years, always ask yourself an important question: what’s next?
In setting goals for yourself, and your career, list all the goals and the reasons why you want to accomplish those goals – and then tick them off one by one as you complete them.
