Is it time to take a permanent vacation?
There are days where I just want to drop everything and leave. Not what you might expect from the author of a bestselling book about happiness – but some days I’ve just had enough of it all. Enough of western society, the way people treat each other, the loneliness and depression that are so prevalent. There are days I want to sell my “big” (in comparison to European standards that is) house and car and buy a small apartment somewhere in South America, probably Argentina. To use the words of fellow author John C. Parkin – there are days I want to say f*ck it. In the end, he claims, it’s those two little words that will set you free.
If you haven’t read one of Johns books, I’d highly recommend you do. And that’s not just because he had some nice things to say about my book as well:
